## How to use it: 3 steps

## Questions

### How many reviews can I get?

Up to 200 reviews per product and up to 200 in one run. You can add up to 25 products.

### Does it export reviewer names or companies?

No. Names, company names, emails and profile links are never exported. Optional role and industry data is kept when the page shows it.

### What do I pay for an empty run?

You pay only for saved reviews. Empty results, blocked pages and duplicates are not result rows.

### Does it read G2 or Capterra too?

No. This tool reads TrustRadius product reviews only.

- `rowType` (string): Always review for a Dataset row.
- `status` (string): Always REVIEW_SAVED for a Dataset row.
- `reviewKey` (string): Versioned stable identity used to remove repeated reviews.
- `identityQuality` (string): source_id, canonical_url or fingerprint.
- `productId` (string): Public source product identifier, or the normalized product slug.
- `productSlug` (string): Normalized TrustRadius product slug.
- `productName` (string): Public product name when available.
- `productUrl` (string): Canonical public TrustRadius product review URL.
- `aggregateRating` (number): Source aggregate score on the native 1–10 scale, when disclosed.
- `aggregateRatingCount` (integer): Source aggregate rating count; not the number of rows saved.
- `ratingScale` (object): Native TrustRadius rating scale, currently 1–10.
- `reviewId` (string): Public source review ID, when disclosed.
- `reviewUrl` (string): Canonical public review permalink, when available.
- `reviewTitle` (string): Published review title.
- `rating` (number): Published review rating on the native 1–10 scale.
- `publishedAt` (string): Published source date in ISO 8601 form.
- `updatedAt` (string): Updated source date in ISO 8601 form, when disclosed.

## Input settings

- `productUrls` (array): Use public URLs such as https://www.trustradius.com/products/slack/reviews. URLs must be on www.trustradius.com and point to a product page; do not add query strings, credentials or fragments.
- `productSlugs` (array): Use lowercase product slugs instead of product review URLs, for example slack. Do not provide both slugs and URLs.
- `maxReviewsPerProduct` (integer): Maximum unique reviews saved for each product. This is a user cap, not a promise that the source has this many accessible reviews.
- `maxTotalReviews` (integer): Global maximum of unique review rows saved across all products. The global cap wins over the per-product cap.
- `sort` (string): Keep the order returned by TrustRadius. Other sort modes are rejected until their native source semantics are proven.
- `transport` (string): The default uses Apify's managed public-page access service. Other listed routes help compare source access. The browser route uses a short, limited session. All routes keep the same public-page, time and result limits.
- `includeReviewExcerpt` (boolean): Include a short excerpt made only from labeled use-case, pros, cons and recommendation fields. It is limited to 2,000 characters.
- `includeReviewerContext` (boolean): Keep only publicly disclosed coarse context such as role, company size, industry and department. Names, companies, profiles and contact data are never exported.

## Tips

- Use product URLs or slugs, but not both in one run.
- Start with the default 10 reviews per product to test the output.
- Check the run summary to see why a run stopped.

## Limits

The Actor reads the public TrustRadius review pages available through the selected access route. It reports the source total separately from saved rows. It does not promise every review on TrustRadius, a fixed source total or a future source layout. A run can be empty when a product has no public reviews. It can be blocked or partial when the public page is unavailable or changes.
