## Example workflow

1. **Add the pages**: Your app IDs and the same for 2–3 competitors. Trustpilot pages after release.
2. **Run the tools**: Get reviews with rating, date, country and text.
3. **Schedule it**: Each daily run collects a fresh snapshot. It can include reviews you already have.
4. **Merge by review ID**: Each review has a stable ID. Add new IDs and update changed reviews.
5. **Group by topic**: Give the text to an AI tool or a simple sheet formula: price, bugs, support, delivery.
6. **Close the loop**: Send bad reviews to support and good ones to marketing.

## Questions

### Can I collect reviews of my competitors?

Yes. Reviews on these sites are public. You can collect them for any company or app.

### Can I filter by country or language?

Yes. The app store tools work per country. After release, Trustpilot reviews will include the reviewer's country.

### How do I see only new reviews?

The tools do not return only new reviews. Each run is a fresh snapshot. Merge the rows by review ID. Keep new IDs and update changed reviews.

### Can AI read the reviews for me?
