Please do not send passwords, API tokens or card numbers by email. We never need them. Most Actors read public data without a login. Some, like eBay sold listings, need your own session or an API key. No Actor asks for your password.

## Support for a product

Need help with one of our [browser extensions](/extensions/)? Open its page and go to the Support section. It has our email and the details we need from you.

Need **Apify Actor support** for one of our Actors? The best place is the tool's own page on Apify. Every tool there has an **Issues** tab. When you post an issue, we get a note right away. Other users can also see the answer, so it helps everyone.

1. **Open the tool on Apify.** Find it in our [catalog](/actors/) or on our [Apify profile](https://apify.com/cliqtomedia?fpr=cliqto).
2. **Click the Issues tab.** It is at the top of the tool page.
3. **Describe the problem.** Say what you did, what you expected and what happened.
4. **Add the run link.** Copy the link of the run from your Apify Console.
5. **Send it.** We look at it and reply in the same thread.

### Common problems and quick checks

| Problem | Try this first |

| The run found no results | Check the input. Is the search word or link correct? Try a smaller test. |
| Some fields are empty | The website may not show this data for every item. Check the item page. |
| The run stopped early | Check your max cost or usage limit in Apify. It may have hit the limit. |
| The output looks different | Check the tool version. A new version may have changed a field. See the tool's changelog. |
| The website changed | Report it on the Issues tab. Websites change often, and we fix tools quickly. |

### Billing questions

Apify handles all billing for our Actors. Our browser extensions are free. For invoices, payments or plan changes, contact Apify support. Did a bug in our tool make a run cost too much? Tell us. We will look at it with you.

## What to include in your message

A clear message gets a faster answer. Here is what helps us most.

### For a bug report
The tool name, the run link, your input, what you expected and what happened instead.

### For a tool idea
The website and two or three example links. We read every idea, but we do not promise to build it.

### For a partnership
Who you are, a link to your site or channel, and what you want to do together.

### For press
Your outlet, your topic, your deadline and your questions.

Short is fine. A few clear lines are better than a long story. Screenshots and example links help a lot.
