These terms are for a browser extension for Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Opera: Bulk Post Scheduler for X (Twitter) – CSV & Excel ("the extension"). In Firefox and Opera it is listed as Bulk Post Scheduler for X – CSV & Excel. Inside the extension it is shown as X Bulk Scheduler. The extension is made by Cliqto Media (cliqtomedia.com).
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Cliqto Media. "You" means the person who installs and uses the extension.
By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please remove the extension. These terms are also the end-user licence agreement (EULA) for the extension.
These terms are written in plain English. They are not legal advice.
What the extension does
The extension schedules posts to your X account from a CSV or Excel file. It fills in X's own post editor and Schedule dialog in your x.com tab. It does not use the X API.
The extension is free. We do not sell it and we do not show ads in it.
Licence
We give you a free, personal licence to install and use the extension. The licence is not exclusive and you cannot pass it to someone else. It ends if you break these terms or remove the extension.
You may not copy, sell, rent, change or share the extension or its code, except where the law allows it. To give the extension to other people, send them to its page in a browser store or on our website.
The extension and its code belong to Cliqto Media. All rights reserved.
The rules of the store where you got the extension also apply: Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, Firefox Add-ons or Opera add-ons.
Your account and your posts
- You must be 16 or older to use the extension.
- You use the extension with your own X account, or an account you are allowed to manage.
- You are responsible for the posts you import and schedule.
- You must follow X's own rules and terms when you use the extension. This includes X's limits on how many posts you can schedule.
- Check your scheduled posts in X. X decides if a post is published, changed or removed.
What we do not promise
We work to keep the extension useful and safe. But X can change its website at any time. Then some features may stop working until we update the extension.
The extension is given "as is". We do not promise it will always work. We do not promise it will be error-free or fit your needs.
Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for:
- posts that were not scheduled, scheduled at the wrong time or scheduled twice;
- actions that X takes on your account;
- loss of data in your browser;
- any indirect loss, such as lost income or lost followers.
Some countries do not allow these limits. In that case, the limits apply only as far as your local law allows.
Not an official X product
The extension is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by X Corp. "X" and "Twitter" are names of X Corp. We use them only to say which website the extension works with.
Your data
How the extension handles data is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may change the extension or these terms. We may also stop offering the extension. If these terms change, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
